First, you need some berries. |

Layer berries over mousse (I didn't think I had enough raspberries so I used some blueberries too). |
Add next layer of cake, another layer of mousse... just waiting for the berries here. |
Last layer on top. Ready to be frosted. |
Thin layer "Crumb coat" of frosting. Put back into fridge for 30 minutes before adding more & piping. |
